We accept Christmas orders until the following dates:
FOR CONTINENTAL PORTUGAL: until December 20, 2021
FOR AZORES AND MADEIRA ISLANDS: until December 10, 2021
EUROPE + USA: until December 18, 2021
REST OF THE WORLD: until December 14, 2021

ATTENTION 1.: exceptionally, the product denominated as ‘’TRADITIONAL BASKET’’ (see example here) with European or International / Rest of World destination, must be ordered before December 7, 2021.
ATTENTION 2.: exceptionally, in case of orders greater than 2 items, both of which are to the same address with a European or International/Rest of World destination, this order must be placed before December 7, 2021.

IMMEDIATE DELIVERY ITEMS
The pieces denominated with the label 'immediate delivery' refer to products ready to ship between 1 to 2 working days after confirmation of payment for your order.

PLEASE NOTE that if you choose a product with 'immediate delivery' through manual payment called 'ATM reference’ or 'MB Way’, you have a maximum period of 2 hours to effect payment.
If you do not pay within the specified period, your order will be canceled and the 'immediate delivery' item will not be reserved for you.

ON ORDER ITEMS
The pieces denominated with the label 'on order' refer to products that will be handcrafted after your order is placed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
PLEASE NOTE that all products are 100% handmade by ourselves, Victoria Handmade Artisans, and as such, in order to guarantee the high quality and ethics with which we work, your Christmas gift order must be placed as soon as possible. We will work our best so that you can surprise those who love this Christmas so that your order arrives in time to place under the Christmas tree. For this we count on your help by placing a timely order.

CHRISTMAS EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Purchases made between November 25, 2021 and December 25, 2021 have an extended period for exchanges and returns until January 8, 2022. PLEASE NOTE that to do so, you must respect our terms and conditions for exchanges and returns that you can find here (click)
